“ 10/10 beef Philly cheesesteak 10/10 crinkled fries 8/10 funnel cake fries I was putting in an order for another one of my favorite cheesesteak places when a coworker of mine recommended this place. Since I didn't have anything scheduled around lunch time I drove out this way. They have a very small menu but all I can say is wow. I do a lot of traveling and every site I manage, has a restaurant that I designate. This place is now my official Cibolo area restaurant. The beef cheesesteak had lots of flavor. The white American cheese added the extra salt that I'm always looking for. I was a little disappointed in my onions not being grilled a little longer. I had several bites of raw crunchy onion. The bread was AMAZING. Fresh, soft on the inside and sturdy enough not to fall apart with the meat. The crinkled fries stayed crunchy to the last piece. I also really enjoyed the funnel cake fries. The place is small, had about 6 2 seat tables and about 6 more 4 seat tables. No table service, you order at counter and go up to pick up your order ”
